My experience at the clinic was great, but the booking process could be improved to allow for selecting multiple tests. Post-booking communication could also be improved.

Lovely professional doctor, spoke perfect english and understood my english perfectly . Video call was great saved me time and hassle highly recomend the service . Pescription was emailed and i took it to a local italin pharmacy bought the antibióticos and left was so stress free anx easy thankyou

A worried traveller, the whole process was very easy - I had a sore throat and just wanted something to stop it from exacerbating - doctor listened, gave a couple of options, and then sent a prescription within ten minutes. Apple Pay made it very convenient.
