It is not the doctors fault, but in the system I specifically requested a dermatologist appointment which I didn't get. He therefore as a GP told me what I already know. That's not his fault and he tried to help as best as possible but not what I asked for in the system. This appointment also took all morning as I had a 11:30 no show with a doctor and then that was rescheduled to a different doctor at 12:45.

My experience at the clinic was great, but the booking process could be improved to allow for selecting multiple tests. Post-booking communication could also be improved.
