A worried traveller, the whole process was very easy - I had a sore throat and just wanted something to stop it from exacerbating - doctor listened, gave a couple of options, and then sent a prescription within ten minutes. Apple Pay made it very convenient.

The doctor was terrible and did not give me the correct antibiotics. He’ did not listen to my symptoms and gave me a letter not a script! The letter also came over an hour after my appointment time

The doctor basically said that a prescription he would supply from Italy wouldn’t work in the town I am in in France and that I should find a primary care facility. He then said to ‘give it a go’ but it probably won’t work. He said he’d send it in 15 mins but that was 3 hours ago.

The prescription written by the doctor was not available where I was so I couldn’t get it filled. The doctor was very friendly and listened well though, and was responsive when I asked for confirmation of an OTC medicine recommended by the pharmacist.
